The location of the hotel is very convenient, right at the beach and within walking distance to all the main restaurants and shops. The room was lovely, with a great balcony view. I also enjoyed the option to use the rooftop pool at the neighboring Thompson hotel. The yoga class, although I was the only guest, was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The staff were welcoming and made me feel at home during my visit.

I recently stayed at a charming boutique-style hotel with about 30 rooms. The staff provided the best service I have ever experienced. Despite some seaweed on the beach, the location was perfect for enjoying live entertainment. The top-notch food exceeded my expectations. The friendly staff, including the exceptional bellboy Mike, made our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel management showed great compassion by allowing us to cancel our last night without penalty due to my wife's health condition. I highly recommend this hotel to all our friends!

The location of the hotel was great, close to the bustling 5th Avenue. the rooms were spacious, quiet, and comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep. the staff were amazing, friendly, and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable.

There was a lot of seaweed on the beach, although this was not the hotel's fault. There were various issues that needed fixing, such as room noise from electricity supply and construction noise from the street.

The bed in my deluxe room was incredibly comfortable, and I had a stunning ocean view from my terrace. The breakfasts were delicious, especially the avocado toast and berry bowl with yogurt. The pool area was gorgeous and the bartenders were delightful. I highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and pampering getaway.

We had an amazing stay here! The location is impeccable, right off the bustling 5th Ave and next to top shopping outlets. The staff could not have been more amazing, they anticipate every need and make you feel so welcome. The service is impeccable, from room service to housekeeping, they are always attentive. The facilities here are fantastic, with a beautiful swimming pool and beach access. We also loved the fact that we could use the facilities at the Thompson on 5th Ave. this place is perfect for kicking back, relaxing, and enjoying the pampering of a boutique hotel.

The only downside we experienced was that the common areas are a bit small. However, this small inconvenience is easily overlooked considering all the other great aspects of this hotel.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable, especially the bell boy Mike who was exceptional with our toddler. the hotel's central location was also a plus, providing easy access to the beach and being less crowded than other areas. Additionally, the food at the hotel was excellent, particularly the tacos which were the best we've ever had.

There were a few negatives during our stay. the service around the pool and in the restaurant was extremely slow and often forgetful.

This hotel is located right in the midst of all the non-stop action. You'll find top shopping outlets right next door and the beautiful ocean just down the street. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a huge bathroom and separate toilet area. The service is friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast options are delicious. Plus, the view from the hotel is simply breathtaking.

Sometimes, the wait staff at the pool bar can be a bit rude and slow with service.
