Easy access to Carowinds. Room was well-maintained, and breakfast was good. Staff went above and beyond to make our husband's birthday special by bringing him a cake. we had a great stay at Hampton Inn.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. the bed was really comfy, which made for a wonderful night's sleep. the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to key attractions and amenities in the area. Plus, the staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home.

There were a few downsides to my stay. the AC unit in the room struggled to keep the temperature at a comfortable level, especially during the hot weather.

Nothing not to love.

The hotel was easy to locate and central for our trip. The room, hallway, entrance, lobby area, and pool were spacious and clean. Our King Suite comfortably accommodated an adult and four teenagers. The suite also had a kitchen, although we didn't use it. The exercise room was clean and I was able to use it both mornings.

Felt free to seek any assistance, no reason to complain.
