The hotel itself was clean and well-lit, creating a safe and comfortable environment. We especially appreciated the fact that the hotel was pet-friendly, as we were traveling with our furry friend. The parking area was also well-maintained and clean. Additionally, the hotel had great facilities, including outdoor fire pits and walking trails for guests to enjoy. The location was convenient, with plenty of nearby restaurants and easy access to downtown. Lastly, the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The building was nice and new, offering a modern look. the air conditioning was amazing, keeping the room comfortably cool even on a hot day. the breakfast was decent and there was plenty of food to choose from. the staff was friendly and check-in and check-out were easy. the location was convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.

The cleanliness could have been better as there were stains on the tile floor and a candy wrapper left behind. the shower was a disappointment with weak water pressure and no door, causing water to pool on the floor.

We had an amazing stay at this venue! The staff was welcoming and the service was top-notch. Our room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and featuring all desirable amenities: heating, air conditioning, and tea/coffee facilities. In addition, there was a perfect indoor swimming pool which we used every day.

The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with modern and stylish decor. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a large TV and plenty of channels to choose from. the staff was accommodating and provided extra pillows and covers when we needed them. the breakfast options were varied and satisfying, with eggs and breakfast meat available. the location of the hotel was convenient, with restaurants and retail stores nearby. the bar stayed open until 11 pm, allowing us to enjoy a drink before retiring to our room.

The staff at check-in was great! They were very friendly and accommodating. the room was also very clean and pretty, and the bed was super comfy. Also, the coffee in the morning was delicious.

On the downside, I wasn't a fan of the shower. It looked nice, but it wasn't very functional if you didn't want to wash your hair.

I had a fantastic time at West! The pool was great for family fun and the breakfast spread was delicious. The staff at the front desk and bartenders were so accommodating and friendly.

The room I stayed in at Best Western Plus West Lawrence was incredibly cozy and welcoming. The air conditioning was a lifesaver, and having a kitchen with a dishwasher was a game-changer for me as a frequent traveler who likes to cook.

I wish there were more options for breakfast.
