Unfortunately, I dealt with inconsistent room cleanliness, including hair in the corners and unemptied trash. The shower design could use work, with high showerheads and mouthy wall setups not suited for shorter guests. Noise from thin walls made it hard to catch some Z's. Plus, there were reports of key cards frequently failing, which can really throw a wrench in your plans.
