There were instances where the receptionist seemed unenthusiastic during check-in.

Beautiful location overlooking the lagoon with plenty of chill spots, hammocks, and chairs. Lovely decor and amazing shower. Direct access to the lagoon. Affordable breakfast options and nearby vegan restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff.

The view was stunning and we enjoyed the activities offered such as paddling and boat tour. the location was close to popular attractions and had private access to the lake, which was a plus.

The room amenities were sparse and there were issues with the water supply. we did not feel that we got the value for the price paid.

The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The rooms with lagoon views are tastefully designed in a minimalist style. Additionally, the fact that breakfast is included is a convenient perk.
