From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a stunning tropical setting. The property is meticulously maintained, with beautiful landscaping that creates a serene atmosphere. The direct beach access allowed me to relax and soak in the breathtaking ocean view. The upper bungalow I stayed in was a tranquil haven, with a grass roof and a sitting area that provided an exceptional view. The well-equipped outdoor kitchen was a bonus, and the helpful staff made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. The owners, who came by daily for a beach walk, were friendly and welcoming. The proximity to town was another plus, as I could easily explore and experience the charm of the area. Although there is no swimming pool, the ocean made up for it with its inviting waters. I had a wonderful experience at Unelma Bungalows and would definitely recommend it for a unique and charming getaway.

We loved the outdoor kitchen and living space, where we could enjoy the warm evenings accompanied by smooth jazz music from a nearby restaurant. Additionally, the presence of overhead fans in both the bedroom and patio helped combat the humidity during our stay.

We did encounter a few downsides during our time here. the presence of sand flies and mosquitoes in the Puerto Vallarta area was quite bothersome, but thankfully our room had a mosquito net over the bed.

The quaint town of Bucerías offers excellent restaurants and charming shops.
