The hotel's surroundings were stunning, both inside and outside, with meticulously manicured grounds. The staff here were exceptional - well trained, helpful, polite, and friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The room was incredibly comfortable, and we were treated to a beautiful view. The restaurant served delicious food, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options to choose from.

We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

the Carlyon Bay Hotel And Spa provided top quality accommodation that was impeccably clean. the bath was sparkling, and I felt comfortable taking a bath. the beds were incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the box in the room with a variety of tea, coffee, and hot chocolate options. the breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide range of choices. the evening meals were 5-star, and the staff were always friendly and happy to assist. A definite highlight was the drive by golf-buggy down to the private beach, as well as enjoying drinks on the terrace with breathtaking sea views. this is my favorite hotel in Cornwall.

During our stay at The Carlyon Bay Hotel And Spa, we were impressed by the excellent measures taken to ensure hygiene and sanitation. All seating areas were constantly being sanitised, and the staff wore visors and provided hand sanitiser throughout the hotel. We were also pleased to see that guests were encouraged to use the bathrooms in their rooms to prevent overcrowding. we were impressed with the hotel's commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location, right next to a beautiful beach, was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The service was impeccable, with room service available and friendly staff who clearly enjoy working together, creating a lovely atmosphere and providing excellent service. The hotel amenities were top-notch, with a spa and wellness center offering a range of treatments, an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. We also enjoyed the outdoor heated swimming pool, perfect for a refreshing dip. The hotel also had a fitness center, tennis court, and golf course, providing plenty of options for staying active during our stay.

Although we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we did experience a minor issue with the customer service on the reception desk. It seemed that an item went missing, as our drink had been taken by a staff member upon our return.
