The room design and furniture had a modern and cool vibe, making the stay stylish. the location was excellent, close to Chapultepec Park and Masaryk Street in Polanco, which was super convenient for exploring. Alan, the property manager, was very responsive and helpful whenever I had questions about the property or nearby places to visit.

The cleanliness and housekeeping standards were lacking. the floors were dusty with hair, and coffee mugs were stained.
