I had the most amazing stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, situated on a hillside overlooking a bustling bay. The views were absolutely breathtaking. The hotel facilities were top-notch, from the beautiful gardens to the well-balanced and comfortable hammocks. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The breakfast provided was delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and made me feel right at home.

The views from the hotel were absolutely stunning, offering a beautiful backdrop for relaxation. The pool was fantastic, with a heated feature and breathtaking views. We also appreciated the spaciousness of the hotel and the various areas available for lounging, providing a private and peaceful atmosphere.

The hotel had some areas for improvement, particularly in the kitchen. Additionally, the design in the rooms was subpar, with cheap art and a lack of attention to detail.

During our Christmas stay, we liked the fact that the hotel offered a complimentary breakfast and free Wi-Fi. The breakfast had a good variety of options and the Wi-Fi connection was strong and fast. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near a beautiful beach and had stunning views of the surrounding area. It was a great advantage to be able to easily access the beach and enjoy the picturesque scenery.

On the downside, we found that the rooms were a bit small and lacked adequate storage space. It was a bit inconvenient to have limited space to store our belongings during our stay.

We had an amazing time at this hotel. The staff, especially Irma and Gabby, were extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a private swimming pool overlooking the bay and access to kayaks. The location was idyllic, with beautiful private beaches down the coast and easy transportation to nearby beaches. We also loved that we were able to enjoy the peacefulness and tranquility of the hotel, while still being close to everything this city has to offer without the crowds. The breakfast was delicious and the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable.

One downside of the hotel is that the air conditioning in the rooms was not working properly. While the staff did their best to accommodate us and move us to a different room, it was still frustrating to not have a working air conditioner.

The grounds of this hotel were absolutely stunning, with beautiful gardens and a serene atmosphere. The staff was incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The fresh fruit margaritas were a delightful treat and the in-room massages were incredibly relaxing. The breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious, and the dinners were set up in romantic and intimate locations.

One downside of our stay was that the hotel only accepts cash for tips and purchases outside of the hotel services. It would have been more convenient if they accepted other forms of payment.

Villa LaLa is an absolutely beautiful hotel, with a perfect setting and comfortable rooms. The food is fresh and delicious, and the staff, especially Jose, are thoughtful and helpful. The attention to detail in the design and development of the property is outstanding, and the private swimming pool overlooking the bay is fabulous.

We got great value for our money at Villa Lala. The room, especially the Love Nest, was amazing with its own infinity pool and jetted spa tub. The location overlooking the cove was stunning, and the staff treated us like royalty.

the lack of a coffee maker in our room was inconvenient, and the coffee offered by the kitchen had a strange cinnamon smell. Secondly, the water issues we encountered, such as no water at bedtime and no hot water in the shower, were frustrating.

I had an incredible stay at a stunning hotel nestled on a bay about 15 miles south of Puerto Vallarta. The location was absolutely breathtaking, offering panoramic views of the Bahia de Banderas. The villa itself felt like a real home, with a welcoming and homely atmosphere. The hotel had a small number of rooms, ensuring personalized service and attention to detail. The room I stayed in was spacious and well-equipped, with a curved red sofa that was incredibly comfortable to lounge on. The entire property was super clean and maintained with love and care. The staff knew me by name and provided 5-star service without being invasive. I am definitely planning to return to this place, as I already miss the team and the unforgettable experience.

The location is perfect, with a lovely cove just steps away and a charming town nearby. our experience at Villa Lala was beyond perfect and exceeded all expectations.
