Spacious and clean rooms with great views of the Dead Sea. Rich and varied breakfast after trekking to Masada. Helpful staff went above and beyond to arrange shipment of forgotten belongings. Quick check-in, comfortable rooms, with coffee/tea/fridge available. Well-maintained surroundings, beautiful balcony view.

I had the most amazing stay at a hostel with a great view and location. The entrance to Massada was just a few steps away from the parking lot. The view of the Dead Sea from our room was absolutely breathtaking. The breakfast provided was delicious and the property was nice. Even though the room was basic, it was comfortable and clean. The best part was the price, it was such a great deal for all the amazing features of the hostel.

I had a fantastic stay at a youth hostel near the quiet desert. the location was perfect for hiking the Masada Ascension trail and experiencing the peacefulness of the surroundings. the hostel was filled with young people, creating a vibrant atmosphere. the breakfast and dinner options were delicious, satisfying my appetite. the staff went above and beyond when they accidentally booked me a single room instead of a bed in the dorm. They provided a refund and allowed me to stay in the room. Their kindness was greatly appreciated.

our stay at hi - massada was fantastic! the proximity to masada made it easy to catch the sunrise hike. the rooms were spacious with private bathrooms and the staff were helpful and friendly. the breakfast buffet had plenty of options and the bed and pillows were comfortable. wifi and electrical outlets were available for convenience.

Smoking near the entrance was off-putting.

I had a fantastic experience at Hi - Massada. the location was perfect for visiting Massada, Ein Gedi national park, and swimming in the Dead Sea. the room was clean and had air-conditioning. the terrace offered a beautiful view of the Dead Sea. the check-in process was easy and convenient. it was worth the price for a comfortable place to stay.

The location of this hotel was fantastic! It was right next to the Snake Path and only a short drive away from the Dead Sea. the staff were very helpful and friendly. the air conditioning in the rooms worked well, which was a relief during the hot summer months. the beds were clean and comfortable.

The bathrooms were not very appealing and could use some improvement. there were noise issues, especially with large tour groups staying at the hotel.

They promptly issued a refund and allowed us to stay in the single room without any hassle. the location of the hostel is unbeatable, right at the foot of the famous Masada mountain. It's also conveniently located near the entrance of the cable car and Snake Path. the hostel grounds are well-maintained and provide a comfortable atmosphere. the room itself was spacious and equipped with everything we needed, including free Wi-Fi. the buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious kosher options. We highly recommend Hi - Massada Hostel for a great stay near Masada and the Dead Sea!

hi - massada was even better than our previous stay! big room, great breakfast, and a stunning view. the staff was super friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist. we loved the pool and the convenience of renting a car or using public transport. definitely worth the money!

No lockers in the room.

the location couldn't be closer, just a 4-minute walk to the entrance of Masada. This meant I could sleep a little longer before starting my sunrise hike up the mountain. the hostel itself was clean and spacious, even the dorms felt comfortable. They had a great breakfast with a stunning view of the desert and Dead Sea. And to top it off, they had a beautiful pool. It's definitely worth the price for the convenience and amenities.

Perfect location, quiet desert surroundings, youth hostel atmosphere, delicious breakfast and dinner, close to Masada Park and Cable Car.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Great value for money, with spacious and clean rooms that had a balcony and ensuite facilities. The location was unbeatable for climbing Masada in the early morning, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at Hi - Massada! The staff were professional and the single room, although small, was perfect for us. We enjoyed incredible views of the mountains and the Dead Sea. The location was ideal, with the bus stop right in front of the hostel, making our trip to Masada convenient. The women's suite we stayed in was spacious, clean, and had comfortable beds. The hostel provided a delicious breakfast buffet, which fueled us for a day of exploring. it was a great experience at a fair price.

The view of the Dead Sea and mountains was breathtaking, especially from the pool area. the rooms were surprisingly spacious and had all the necessary amenities, including a fridge. the location was ideal for hiking up to Masada and watching the sunrise.

The noise level at night was a major drawback, as there were often school groups staying at the hotel who were quite loud and disruptive. the beds were all single beds, which may not be ideal for couples or those seeking a more comfortable sleep experience.
