The jacuzzi and spa lounge created such a relaxing vibe! I absolutely loved the variety of food options, especially the amazing service at the beachfront restaurants. Enjoying the beautiful ocean breeze while lounging under the beach umbrellas was pure bliss!

Waking up to a lekker ocean view, enjoying brekkie with the breeze at the balcony. Shoutout to the staff, especially the team at La Ceiba where the food is on point! The vibe is just so chill, perfect for a romance. Check-in was sharp, topped with welcome drinks and all!

The beach had some rocky spots, so just be a bit careful walking around.

Despite paying a premium for a suite with its own jacuzzi, the constant noise from early morning to late evening left us unable to enjoy it. To make matters worse, the pool and several restaurants were closed during our stay, with one restaurant closing unexpectedly for photo shoots—this was on top of our disappointment with the food options available, which were mostly average and uninspired.

my stay was made even more memorable by being just a few steps away from the lively Malecon Boardwalk and all its charm. The stunning views of the Church of Our Lady of Guadalupe that I could enjoy on my walks around the area. I loved that every corner of the hotel felt welcoming and that the staff made me feel truly at home during my visit.

Our family loved the intimate atmosphere of the hotel, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The beach area was perfect for our kids to play, and the nearby downtown made it convenient to explore local attractions and dining.

this plac was super chill and the beach area was beautifull. we got treated like kings with the staff always making us feel special. the food was delish and we loved eatin by the pool. drinks were strong and the margaritas were on point! that outdoor jacuzzi in the honeymoon suite was a real treat, highly recommend it!

however, it was a bit smaller than we expected and had this awkward sales pitch for timeshare during breakfast that caught us off guard.

Ya, the staff were incredible! They really made us feel like family, always checking in and having a laugh. The view from our room was just stunning, and brekkie by the pool was a highlight—those omelettes were lekker! Also, the beach was just a chill vibe, perfect for lounging with a cocktail.

Just a nice choice for a weekend outing in Puerto Vallarta with value for money. We enjoyed a refreshing glass of champagne at check-in that was a great start to our stay. Don’t forget to try their unique room scent options for a personal touch.
