The friendly staff made my stay even better. Additionally, the location was convenient, being close to the airport. The room amenities, like the mini-fridge and access to a microwave in the lobby, were useful. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was better than I expected, with clean and comfortable large rooms. The parking lot was big enough and the coffee in the reception was great. Additionally, the location was perfect for my needs as it was right in the middle of Disney/Universal and close to all my shopping outlets.

This hotel was in a convenient location, close to many of the attractions we wanted to see in the area. It was also just a short drive from the airport, making it easy to get to after a long flight. For us, the only downside of our stay was the lack of breakfast options. Other than that, everything was ideal. The check-in process, unfortunately, took longer than expected as the staff appeared to be preoccupied with other guests. This led to a delay in getting us settled in our room, causing some inconvenience as we had an event to attend. Moreover, the staff's lack of warmth and disinterest in addressing our concerns left a negative impression. Despite the cleanliness of the room, we did notice some toothpaste residue on the bathroom vanity, indicating that the room may not have been cleaned as thoroughly as expected. Additionally, the disturbance caused by someone banging on our door during the night was quite bothersome and made it difficult for us to get back to sleep. When we reported the incident to guest services, we were disappointed to learn that there was no documentation of our complaint, resulting in the inability to offer us any compensation.
