Staying here was such an amazing experience! I loved the convenient location since it was close to the race track and shopping outlets. Also, there are many restaurants and shops in the center which was great. The service was top-notch, and I appreciated the room amenities like the ironing facilities, tea and coffee making equipment, and the in-room safe. The terrace was the perfect place to relax and take in the beautiful garden furniture. this place exceeded all my expectations!

I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious stay.

The suite was incredibly spacious, with a separate seating area that made me feel right at home. The premium bedding and comfortable sofa bed were just what I needed after a long day of exploring. Plus, having a microwave and small refrigerator in the room was so convenient for late-night snacks.

I found the air conditioning to be a bit noisy at times, but I'm a light sleeper.

This hotel is perfectly located, very close to great shopping and restaurants, and it's easy to get around to different parts of the Charlotte area. The rooms are well-equipped with basic amenities, and the complimentary breakfast is a great touch. We loved the convenience of being able to easily access our room during conference breaks. The hotel's close proximity to unlimited restaurant options and a large shopping mall made it easy to address any unforeseen needs. Additionally, having a Starbucks within the hotel was a great bonus. The spacious lobby and patio allowed plenty of time and space for attendees to mingle and get to know each other. we had a fantastic stay and thoroughly enjoyed our comfortable room.

The hotel had a great Easter egg hunt for the kids, and we loved the activities they had for children. The King suite with a separate living room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The made-to-order omelets at breakfast were a great touch, and we enjoyed the complimentary Manager's cocktails every night. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient with plenty of nearby restaurants and shops.
