Loved the breakfast and staff

Had a great time at this place! The cook-to-order breakfast is amazing—best omelette I've had in forever. The staff were super nice too. The pool was freezing, and the indoor carpets could use a good clean. if you can overlook the little stuff, it's pretty solid!

The breakfast and pool facilities were nice.

The room had no heat and staff only provided blankets. The front desk never answered calls, making it hard to get help.

Staying here was such an amazing experience! I loved the convenient location since it was close to the race track and shopping outlets. Also, there are many restaurants and shops in the center which was great. The service was top-notch, and I appreciated the room amenities like the ironing facilities, tea and coffee making equipment, and the in-room safe. The terrace was the perfect place to relax and take in the beautiful garden furniture. this place exceeded all my expectations!

I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious stay.

The suite was incredibly spacious, with a separate seating area that made me feel right at home. The premium bedding and comfortable sofa bed were just what I needed after a long day of exploring. Plus, having a microwave and small refrigerator in the room was so convenient for late-night snacks.

I found the air conditioning to be a bit noisy at times, but I'm a light sleeper.

I recently stayed at a hotel for a marriage retreat and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast, although not the best, still had a decent selection and was sufficient to start the day. The hotel's location was perfect for our needs, and the basic amenities provided were excellent.

This hotel is perfectly located, very close to great shopping and restaurants, and it's easy to get around to different parts of the Charlotte area. The rooms are well-equipped with basic amenities, and the complimentary breakfast is a great touch. I particularly enjoyed the selection of breakfast items like eggs and bacon, which were cooked to perfection.

We loved the convenience of being able to easily access our room during conference breaks. The hotel's close proximity to unlimited restaurant options and a large shopping mall made it easy to address any unforeseen needs. Additionally, having a Starbucks within the hotel was a great bonus. The spacious lobby and patio allowed plenty of time and space for attendees to mingle and get to know each other. we had a fantastic stay and thoroughly enjoyed our comfortable room.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The hotel had a great Easter egg hunt for the kids, and we loved the activities they had for children. The King suite with a separate living room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The made-to-order omelets at breakfast were a great touch, and we enjoyed the complimentary Manager's cocktails every night. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient with plenty of nearby restaurants and shops.

Felt extremely safe, no complaints at all.
