The hotel offers great value for money with affordable prices and attention to detail. Its location is superb, being close to everything - downtown, the beach, and even the bus stop. The staff provides excellent service and the basic amenities are well-maintained. The rooms are comfortable and some even come with balconies overlooking the pool.

The pool area at Villas Akalan is beautifully designed and perfect for relaxing. We enjoyed spending our afternoons there, soaking up the sun and cooling off in the refreshing water. The location of the hotel is also excellent, with easy access to supermarkets, restaurants, and attractions like the Tulum ruins.

This hotel is conveniently located right at the entrance to Tulum. The bike paths to the ruins and beach are just around the corner, making it easy to explore these attractions. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, providing informative tips for my stay. The cleanliness of the room was impressive and the hotel facilities, such as the pool area, were well-maintained. I also appreciated the availability of parking and the fact that the hotel is located near the airport shuttle stop.

The rooftop balcony was a great addition. The location is conveniently situated near restaurants and shops, just a short walk away. A small pool with sunbeds is available for relaxation. The apartments are well-appointed with excellent wifi.

During our romantic escape, we had a lovely stay. The room was beautiful and had a great bed which made our stay even more comfortable. The pool was great for those hot Mexican days and we enjoyed spending time there. The location was excellent, close to many key attractions and amenities in the area.

The water temperature in the bathroom was very temperamental which made showering more difficult than it should have been. The fact that the room had a locked door that bordered someone's house was a bit strange, we were able to hear a lot coming through there and it made us a bit uneasy at times.
