Staying at Villas El Morro is like finding a surprise gift in your sock drawer—unexpected and delightful! My ocean view room came with a balcony perfect for watching the sunrise while sipping coffee from the mini kitchen. The pool felt like having my own slice of paradise. I even had it to myself most days! Plus, imagine relishing the beauty of Zihuatanejo while enjoying a refreshing drink by the pool—it was heavenly!

The steep path to town required many stairs, making it a real workout!!! A nearby grocery store would have been convenient. An outdoor bar or food option on-site would enhance the experience!!!

The views here are spectacular, especially from our apartment with the private soaker tub. We appreciated having a kitchenette for making small meals, and we often enjoyed breakfast while watching the sunrise. The pool felt like our own private oasis with few guests around.

For dads, it would be great if access to town was easier for little ones.

We stayed in an Apartment with a Sea View and the view was unreal! The room was super clean and the beds were really comfy—slept like a baby! Loved the private soaker tub and cold drinks by the pool were a highlight. It was a bit tricky with WiFi. it didn’t work in the bedroom for us, but we didn’t mind much since we were busy enjoying the sights. Just a heads up, the climb to the room was a bit much after a long day, but worth it for the views!

It was just an excellent fit for a momentary pause in Zihuatanejo with good value considering the price it charged. The new Vistalmar Restaurant had a small menu that really hit the spot, and their margaritas were seriously the best in town. Make sure to enjoy the bay view from the restaurant while you’re there.

A Hidden Gem with Breathtaking Views!

Our stay was delightful! The ocean view from our apartment was breathtaking, making every morning special. The Vistalmar Restaurant had a fantastic menu with friendly service, and their margaritas are a must-try! Just know the walk to town is steep, so plan accordingly or catch a cab!
