Beautiful hotel, room, swimming pool, and beach. Staff is incredibly friendly and impressive. Oriental restaurant is good. Clean rooms and friendly staff at the restaurants and animation. Beach is kept clean despite seaweed. Plenty of activities and a drama-free stay. Great service without breaking the bank.

The beach was absolutely beautiful, with white sand and great swimming. The location of the resort was also fantastic, in a safe neighborhood and walking distance to nearby attractions. Additionally, the presence of free activities like kayaking and boogie boarding added to the overall enjoyment of the trip.

The food at the buffet was only average, although the a la carte restaurants were much better. The entertainment shows in the evening were somewhat disappointing, lacking in quality and not always family-appropriate.

The beach access and pool were beautiful. Super friendly staff. All inclusive was a major plus. Helpful guest relations desk and bellboy. Taxi service at a reasonable price. Smaller resort perfect for what we needed.

I had a fantastic stay at this resort. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with the best cleaning service I have experienced in any all-inclusive resort around the world. The hotel facilities were great, especially the direct access to the soft white sand beach and the beautiful ocean. The location was perfect, as it was in close proximity to the Riviera Maya's main attractions and just a 10-minute walk from the city center of Playa del Carmen. The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help me out or get me involved in activities.

The gardens were well-kept, and the hotel facilities were great - we especially enjoyed the beach volleyball and beach tennis activities. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, close to the pool and beach, and there were great restaurants to choose from, some of which required advance booking. The food, overall, was above average for an all-inclusive resort. We highly recommend this hotel.

The location is perfect, just a few meters from the beautiful turquoise and blue beach with white/golden sand. The buffet food has a lot of vegetarian options and is quite good. There are plenty of deck chairs at the beach, even during peak times. The included water activities like kayaking and catamaran are fun and entertaining. Families and kids are around, but it's easy to find peace and quiet. Already planning to come back!

I had a fantastic experience there. the location is perfect, with a beautiful sandy beach just steps away. the resort itself is clean and spacious, with plenty of amenities to enjoy. the highlight for me was the a la carte restaurant, which offered delicious meals that exceeded my expectations. the animation team and kids club were also a standout, providing amazing entertainment for both children and adults. I felt that I got great value for the price I paid.
