The yoga instructors were amazing and the classes were challenging yet relaxing. the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of options and the juice of the day was delicious. the location, nestled in a rainforest and right on the beach, provided stunning views and a soothing sound of crashing waves.

Some other activities like surfing and massage were overpriced and poorly managed. It is recommended to find local instructors or therapists on the nearby beach instead.

I had a fantastic stay at this retreat! The location was breathtaking, surrounded by lush jungle and offering stunning views of the beach. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of choices and fresh juice every day. The best part was the proximity to the waterfall, which was a decent hike through the nearby jungle. Being on an island that can only be reached by boat added to the sense of adventure.

It was great that the resort provided guests with free access to water gear like snorkeling gear and kayaks.

The staff was friendly, but the rooms were very basic and lacked cleanliness. the beds were uncomfortable, and the sheets were low-quality.
