Incredible views and wonderful staff. the hotel is situated in a secluded location away from the hustle and bustle of the town center, providing stunning panoramic views of the surrounding area. the staff were exceptional, incredibly attentive, and always ensured our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. the food was also fantastic, and we enjoyed fresh and delicious meals during our entire stay.

Limited beach access. While the hotel had a small beach area, it wasn't the main beach and required a short walk to reach.

This hotel is a luxurious paradise with exclusive amenities that truly make you feel pampered. the service is outstanding and the staff goes above and beyond to fulfill all of your needs. the outdoor swimming pool is a serene oasis with sun loungers and beach umbrellas for ultimate relaxation. the restaurant offers delicious meals with special diet menus available upon request. the private facilities, such as the Spa lounge and full body massage, are a must-try for a complete and indulgent experience.

We had a minor issue with the mosquito invasion due to the doors and windows not closing properly. this was not a big issue as the air conditioning was comfortable and kept them at bay.

Zoa Hotel is situated on a small hillside, offering breathtaking views of the beach and the Pacific coast. Guests can enjoy the picturesque surroundings while relaxing by the infinity pool or lounging on the hammocks. Additionally, the rooms provide a mix of modern and traditional architecture, with splendid ocean views.

The hotel is not located directly on Mazunte's main beach.

The location of the hotel is absolutely breathtaking, with stunning views of the ocean. We loved waking up to such a beautiful sight every morning. The pool was also very relaxing and never crowded, which was a nice bonus. The chef at the restaurant served delicious fresh food, especially the local fish and vegetables from their own garden. The staff, including the manager, made us feel very welcomed and were always friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.

While the hotel is on the pricier side compared to other options in the area, the quality of service and the overall experience make it worth it. Additionally, there were some small issues like mosquitoes getting in through gaps in the joinery and the shower being a bit difficult to use, but they didn't significantly impact our stay.
