We absolutely loved our stay at Oaks Brisbane Lexicon Suites. The apartment had a useable balcony with a pleasant outlook, especially at night. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to assist us. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed and more. We even received a chilled bottle of wine and a lovely message as it was the end of our honeymoon. The staff were so considerate and helpful when our flight got canceled, allowing us to use their Wi-Fi and even lending us a personal phone to call the airline. They spent a lot of time researching and finding us discounted accommodation nearby. We were completely lost without their assistance. We highly recommend Oaks properties.

The apartment we stayed in was spacious and quiet, with a fantastic balcony area. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen facilities were good. The location of the apartment was perfect, right in the central area. The pool was also fantastic, especially for kids. Even with a couple of minor hiccups, our overall stay was enjoyable and I would recommend this hotel. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this place. The location was perfect, with easy access to central station and a short walk to the river. Everything was close by, making it convenient for us to explore all the activities in the area. The beds were great – spacious and very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The rooms were immaculately clean, and we were pleasantly surprised to find a kitchen with excellent cooking facilities. The laundry in the apartment was an added bonus. The staff at the reception desk were friendly and provided us with great service. We would definitely recommend this hotel for families.

The hotel offered complimentary drinks and snacks upon arrival, which was a nice touch. The location of the hotel was very convenient, close to public transportation, shops, and restaurants. The room was spacious and had a beautiful view of the city skyline from the balcony.

The hotel could improve on the cleanliness of the room as it appeared to be quite worn and outdated. The bathroom was also quite small compared to the other spacious areas of the room.

The location of the hotel is excellent, as mentioned by several reviews. It is close to all forms of transport, including Eagle St pier for the ferries, the train station from the airport, and the central railway station.

Some aspects of the hotel's cleanliness were concerning, with reports of blood stains on the mattress protector, dirty cups, and mould in the shower.
