Nothing could have been better.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The receptionists at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful, answering all our questions with a smile. The room was in great condition, with cozy beds and a clean bathroom. The breakfast provided was also satisfactory. Additionally, the hotel was located near various tourist destinations, making it convenient for sightseeing.

The hotel was quite far from the city center, requiring us to use our own transportation as there was no nearby transportation system.

Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience. the room was spacious and elegant, with exclusive amenities that fulfilled our needs. the Spa & wellness centre was excellent, offering a wide range of massages, including a full body massage that was truly relaxing. the restaurant was outstanding, providing us with a delicious in-room breakfast and a variety of special diet menus. the staff provided exceptional service, making us feel welcome and happy during our stay.

There was an occasional disagreeable smell in the hallway on our floor.

The hotel's amenities and room facilities were great. the room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. the location was also convenient, just a short walk to several shops and restaurants. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast buffet.

We had some issues with the check-in process and the staff did not seem to care about resolving them. We were also unimpressed by the gym, which required an extra fee to use.
