The attentive and professional staff, especially Tanja at reception, were incredibly helpful and made our stay memorable. The hotel's central location allowed for a pleasant evening stroll, with plenty of nearby cafes and restaurants to choose from. The breakfast offered a variety of fresh fruits and healthy options. This hotel truly deserves top marks.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and we enjoyed a quiet night's sleep. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the hotel had great facilities including a fitness room, swimming pool, and spa. We also appreciated the option of a tap for water cleaning in the bathroom, instead of just relying on tissue rolls. our experience at Hilton was fantastic and we would highly recommend it.

I had to call several times to get a simple request fulfilled. The cleanliness of the room was not up to par, and the staff was unorganized and not very friendly.

Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of luxurious. From the beautiful design to the exclusive amenities, we felt like VIPs. The spa and wellness centre was exceptional, with a wide range of treatments and top-notch facilities such as the jacuzzi and steam room. The restaurant served a delicious, continental breakfast and the bar/lounge area offered a great atmosphere for a drink or two.

We did have one minor issue during our stay. The make-up services were not up to our expectations and could have been better.
