During our recent stay at Cityinn Hotel Taipei Station Branch I, we were impressed with the personalized service we received. The hotel staff reached out to us before our arrival with a warm welcome call, ensuring that they could assist us in any way. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a friendly smile and efficient check-in process. The room, although small, was tidy and neatly arranged, offering a comfortable bed for a good night's sleep. The hotel's location near Taipei Station was convenient, with easy access to transportation and nearby eateries. Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as a lack of soundproofing and a small lobby, overall we had a great experience. We highly recommend Cityinn Hotel Taipei Station Branch I for its personalized service, warm greeting, and convenient location.

Exceptional service! The staff at Cityinn Hotel Taipei Station Branch I were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel is conveniently located and the rooms are spacious and clean. We loved the heated toilet seat and the air humidifier provided in the room. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in Taipei.

Convenient location near Taipei Main Station, helpful and friendly staff. No breakfast provided, but they can help order McDonald's. Room has everything you need, and there are snacks available. Loads of shops and eateries nearby, including a bookstore. Smooth check-in, free WiFi, pantry with amenities on the second floor. Knowledgeable staff who go the extra mile to assist guests. Modern hotel with plenty of dining options and a convenience store nearby.

This hotel is perfectly located, just a short walk away from the Z6 station of Taipei Main Station. It is also near Taipei main station for easy access to public transport. You can easily explore the city's major sightseeing locations from here.

There were some noise issues reported by a few guests.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was incredibly convenient, just a short walk from a major transportation hub. It made it easy for me to explore the city in the limited time I had. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The room, although small, was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The soundproofing was surprisingly good, considering I'm a light sleeper. I also appreciated the complimentary snacks and water in the room, a nice touch!

Nothing, it is perfect.

This hotel is a great find for budget travelers. The prices may be a bit high for the small rooms, but considering its central location and convenient access to Taipei Main station, it's definitely worth the value. The staff goes above and beyond to provide excellent service, with their attention to detail and personalized gestures like complimentary wine and snacks in the room. The amenities on level 6 are a pleasant surprise, with good food options for breakfast and a lovely view from the rooms with thin glass "walls".

No improvements needed, everything was just fine.

This hotel is a hidden gem! The staff has a positive attitude and provides helpful guidance to guests. The location is superb, within walking distance to the metro and bus stations. Plus, there are plenty of cafes, stores, and even a Starbucks next door. The rooms are compact but spacious enough for two people, and the basic amenities are conveniently located right outside the lift. The free room WiFi and in-room movies are a nice touch, and the complementary additional water bottles are greatly appreciated. Additionally, the hotel offers a free tea/coffee machine on the second floor and free breakfast, although it's worth noting that the breakfast consists of a complimentary powder coffee.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel. It was a few blocks away from the main transportation hub, making it easy to travel around the city. We were also pleased with the nearby shopping options. the friendly and helpful staff added to our enjoyable experience.

One issue that we encountered during our stay was the lights in our room turning on in the middle of the night, even without the room key inserted into the light switch. This disturbance disrupted our restful sleep on the last night.

We had excellent value for our money with a comfortable room for a couple and two luggages at Cityinn Hotel Taipei Station Branch I. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the metro station and surrounded by great food and shopping options. The staff went above and beyond, even sending us champagne and cakes on New Year's Eve and giving us a handwritten thank you card before we left.

The breakfast selection could have been better.
