The hotel had excellent customer service from all the staff. the food at the hotel was of great quality and had a good variety. the rooms were cleaned every day to a high standard. the location of the hotel was convenient, with a supermarket and large shopping mall nearby.

Some guests did not adhere to the dress code of wearing trousers or shorts below the knee, and the staff did not enforce it. the hotel did not provide pool towels, which was expected from a 4-star hotel.

We had a fantastic time at Villa Tagoro. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the daily housekeeping service ensured a fresh environment. We enjoyed the variety of food options available, although it did become a bit repetitive after a while. Nonetheless, the quality of the food was good, and there was always something tasty to choose from. The location of the hotel was great, offering a quiet and peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle. The abundance of activities and the efficiency of the staff added to our overall enjoyable experience.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I had a fantastic experience. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel grounds were well-maintained and the rooms were spacious and modern. The cleaning service was excellent, with fresh towels provided daily. The all-inclusive food was delicious and there was a wide selection of dishes to choose from. The swimming pool area was large and there were plenty of sun-beds available. I was very impressed with the level of service and the quality of this hotel.

The staff were friendly and the hotel was spotless. Despite some minor issues, I would highly recommend this hotel. I had a memorable stay and would definitely return.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were amazing - so friendly and attentive to every detail. They made us feel like family and genuinely liked children. The hotel facilities were excellent, with attendants at each pool and plenty of staff during meal times. The location was also great, with a lovely beach nearby and the resort town within close proximity. We enjoyed the steep walk back from the beach, but the hotel also provided a complimentary bus. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, and everything was set up to ensure a stress-free stay.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always with a cheerful smile. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a lovely pool view. The variety of food offered at the all-inclusive buffet was impressive, with different options every night. The grilled meats were a particular highlight, freshly cooked in front of you. The hotel also had great facilities, including a kids pool with a slide and a clean swimming pool with plenty of sunbeds. The entertainment team was brilliant, and the animation activities were enjoyed by both kids and adults alike. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel is conveniently located near the beach and main bar strip, making it easy to access entertainment and attractions. The staff are friendly and the hotel is kept very clean, including the dishes and cups used for breakfast. The rooms are comfortable and the bathroom is well-maintained. The hotel offers a variety of facilities, such as a pool and jacuzzi, ensuring guests have options for relaxation.

The hotel transfer from the airport is expensive and only one way, which may come as a surprise to guests who were not aware of this beforehand.

Enjoyed the clean rooms and friendly staff. the children's pool area was great and there were plenty of entertainment options. the hotel is located within walking distance of a shopping complex and it was easy to get taxis to the beach.

The hill that the hotel is located on could be challenging for disabled guests, but the hotel offered easy access to taxis. the hotel could improve its evening entertainment and invest in better plastic cups to reduce waste.

There was nothing I didn't like.

the resort, Tagoro Family & Fun, was perfect for us as it wasn't too big or busy, which made me feel safe with the children. the Spanish-style architecture and beautiful surroundings added to the charm of the place. Our room was modern and well-equipped, with all the necessary appliances and furniture. I especially appreciated the control we had over the air conditioning. the resort also provided ample entertainment during the day and evening, although I wasn't personally interested in it. the staff at Tagoro were hardworking and exceptionally friendly, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. the size of the room and the small garden attached to it were a big hit with my children. the pools were also enjoyable, with plenty of fun activities taking place around the main pool.
