the hot water situation was beyond absurd, going from freezing to barely lukewarm at the worst times. also, my pedicure was such a disaster that I was offered a waiver, how generous. lastly, woudl it really have killed them to extend a complimentary gift for the discomfort? I almost thought I’d leave a good review, but I just couldn't.

I enjoyed my 3-night stay in the Deluxe Suite, but there were issues with hot water on multiple days, which impacted my experience. The shower pressure was also weak, yet the room was comfortable and clean. I recommend this place for its charm and relaxing atmosphere, but be prepared for possible water issues.

We had a fab girls trip! The place is absolutely gorgeous and each room has its own charm. The rooftop pool was perfect for chilling out. Aouatif and the team were super friendly and made us feel right at home. Breakfast had a nice variety, but could’ve had a few more options for the late risers.

The ambiance was serene with stunning decor, and we enjoyed a magical dinner during the Eid celebration. A perfect oasis!

The rooftop was super chill for an afternoon coffee. BUT, brekkie could've started a bit earlier for early risers. Definitely worth every penny!
