The location of the hotel is beautiful, with well-maintained tropical gardens and spacious outdoor seating areas. The hotel offers various activities such as quad biking, horse riding, and a mini zoo, providing entertainment for guests. The rooms are elegantly decorated and the Royal suite offers a separate area with a private pool and additional facilities.

The noise from Monkey Beach at night can be disruptive, especially for families with small children.

We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful and serene atmosphere at this hotel. The tropical gardens and outside seating areas were perfect for relaxing, especially in the evenings with the gas heaters providing warmth. The attached animal park was a unique and enjoyable experience, and the breakfast was excellent. The quick transfer from the airport was convenient as well. we would recommend this hotel for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a luxurious 4-star hotel that exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I entered the gates, I felt like I was in a serene oasis. The hotel grounds were beautifully maintained, with tropical gardens and lovely outdoor seating areas. Even in the evenings, I was able to enjoy the outside space thanks to the effective gas heaters provided. The ambiance created by the warm fire and the lit up trees was truly enchanting.

This hotel is a hidden gem that I would highly recommend to my family and friends. It has everything one could desire for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The hotel offered a free shuttle service which made it very easy to get around the area. The room was very spacious and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. The pool area was well-maintained and provided a perfect spot to relax and unwind.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing as there was a limited selection of food and drinks available. The WiFi connection was not very strong and often cut out during our stay which was frustrating.
