The cleanliness and comfort of the room made for a truly relaxing stay. The self-serve breakfast was a delightful surprise, offering a wide selection of quality food. The staff was lovely and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. Additionally, the collection of DVDs available for guests was a nice touch.

The location of the hotel is convenient, with a coffee shop right across and pubs nearby in Hartburn village. The room had a nice decor and the bed was comfortable. The staff provided a warm welcome and were friendly. The breakfast had a good selection of items to choose from, including continental options. There were also nice little touches in the room, like a bottle of water and tissues.

Our stay at this hotel was truly delightful. we were impressed by the attention to detail throughout the hotel. From the immaculate and beautifully designed rooms, complete with comfortable beds and excellent amenities, to the thoughtful touches such as fresh fruit, water, and Yorkshire tea, everything was just perfect. The location was also fantastic, being close to Hartburn village and having good pubs nearby, as well as a lovely coffee shop right across the hotel. Lastly, the breakfast spread was impressive, with a wide variety of options to choose from, including non-dairy milk. All in all, we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Immaculate bathroom, calming colors, quality bathrobes. Lovely touches with tea, shortbread, and fruit. Self-service breakfast with a variety of good quality options. Spacious, well-appointed room with thoughtful details. Spotlessly clean and friendly staff.

There were also other pubs nearby, like the Masham, which was a bonus. the cleanliness of the property was top, notch, and the room itself was spacious and impressive. the best part was the breakfast, where you could help yourself to a wide variety of delicious options.

One downside was that it wasn't clearly stated that there were no dining facilities on, site. However, there were plenty of alternatives nearby for dinner.
