The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, particularly Carlos at the front desk. The room was spacious and bright, with French doors that opened up to a peaceful street. The bathroom was luxurious and the service was top-notch. The breakfast, served in a beautiful patio or cozy dining room, was a delicious start to the day. the hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The Wi-fi connection was unreliable, which was a minor inconvenience during my stay.

The staff was absolutely amazing, providing excellent service and making me feel taken care of throughout my stay. the location was perfect, allowing me to easily walk to all the main attractions. the lobby and garden were beautiful and provided a peaceful retreat from the bustling city. I also had a fantastic night's sleep on a very comfortable bed with luxurious pillows.

The wifi was quite slow and unreliable during my stay, which could be problematic for business travelers. Additionally, my room needed some updating, as there was a broken piece missing from the coffee table and the carpeting appeared dirty.

J'ai adoré mon séjour à Port Ripaille, Les Grebes 24 à Thonon-les-Bains. L'endroit était magnifique, avec une vue imprenable sur le lac Léman. La maison était charmante et bien équipée, avec une belle terrasse et l'accès à un pédalo et kayak. Le propriétaire était réactif et a résolu rapidement les problèmes. L'accueil était chaleureux et les conseils de visite très utiles. Je suis impatient d'y retourner l'an prochain.

The staff at Relais Chateau Orfila were amazing. Always helpful, smiling, and polite. The room was comfortable and we were welcomed with a drink. The location was great, with two nearby metro stations making it easy to explore the city.

The staff treats you like royalty with a sincere warmth, ensuring a memorable stay. The hotel is a charming jewel box, beautifully appointed with a leafy neighborhood near major sights. Our suite had high ceilings, comfortable seating, and a fine bath. I highly recommend this hotel.
