We had a great stay at Fourteen Luxury Boutique. The room layout with the kitchen and sitting area was perfect for our needs. The color scheme and quality bedding added a touch of luxury to our stay. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and were always helpful and professional. Despite a few minor issues mentioned in other reviews, our overall experience was excellent. During my recent business trip, I had a good experience at a boutique hotel. the staff members were very welcoming and helpful. They assisted me in every possible way. the chic decor and the quality bedding added an extra charm to the place. the hotel's central location was an added advantage as it was close to many cafes and restaurants. the provision of a shuttle service made commuting much easier.

The place was very congested, and the rooms were quite small. I did encounter some problems, such as some cutlery being missing from the room, the TV in the bedroom being removed, and the safe deposit box not working.

The hotel had a very clean and elegant decor. The staff, especially the receptionist Oumaima, were extremely helpful and professional. The hotel's pub restaurant was excellent, perfect for food lovers. The location was great, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The flexible check-in/check-out policy was much appreciated.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Mr Abdel Hak and Miss Nadia, were incredibly helpful and attentive to my every need. They responded promptly to all my requests, whether it was day or night. Their service was top-notch and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. I also felt extremely safe during my stay as a solo female traveler. The location is fantastic, situated in a bustling area with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The reception staff and doormen were always friendly and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. Coming back to this hotel felt like coming home at the end of a long day.
