We had a great stay at this hotel! The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of downtown with fantastic restaurants just around the corner. We explored various shops nearby and even enjoyed some local treats like walnuts, dates, and dried apricots. The staff was welcoming, and our room was spacious and clean, providing a cozy retreat after a day of sightseeing.

The air conditioning could use some improvement, but it didn't ruin our experience.

I love that the hotel is located on a quiet, residential street yet close to a vibrant commercial avenue. It's just a short walk to the stunning mosque and other local attractions. The staff is incredibly friendly, and my room was spacious and clean with comfortable amenities, making my stay very enjoyable.

A comprehensive renovation process is necessary to meet the claimed five-star status!!! Broken shower heads, malfunctioning air conditioning, and a general lack of maintenance, including unclean facilities, detract from the overall experience!!!

Man, that shower was hittin’ different, mad pressure! Room was huge, feelin' all kinds of cozy with that king-size bed. Staff was cool too, especially Wafaa—she made sure I had everything I needed. The walk to the corniche was a vibe. Just wish the AC worked better, but I ain’t mad. Caught some good vibes here, for real.

Consider requesting a room with a kitchenette for added convenience, especially if you prefer dining in or have family needs.

Had a boss time here! The staff were dead sound—Khawla really made us feel welcome! Room was comfy and clean, which was ace. Breakfast had proper nice coffee and a good variety. Only downside was the AC—it could do with a bit of a boost. Would recommend!

I loved their SPA, I was there four times,, the massages were out of this world, felt like a king! Plus, the staff was pure class,, they were available 24/7, super attentive, especially this guy Omar who knows the city like the back of his hand.

It wasn't exactly cheap,, but I guess you pay for that kind of experience.

The room I stayed in was a Deluxe Suite, and it was super spacious and clean, which I loved! The bed was really comfy, perfect for a good night's sleep. The bathroom worked well, but I did have a little flooding issue. The AC wasn't the best, but I managed by keeping the balcony door open for fresh air. Overall, it was a pleasant experience!

the staff were super nice and really helpfull, they sorted out our issues with the car rental which was a lifesaver! the breakfast was also pretty good, lots of choices and nice coffee. the room was clean and comfy with a big bed and a kettle which was cool. location is decent, close to a main road and not far from the tram. overall, a good place for a chill stay in casablanca.

I had a wonderful stay at Gray Boutique Hotel in Casablanca! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Khawla at reception, who made my experience truly special. The room was clean and comfortable, making it a lovely retreat after exploring the city. The hotel's location is perfect for discovering local cafés, and as a bonus, there's a delightful fresh food market nearby. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Casablanca!
