We had an early morning arrival and were pleasantly surprised when the hotel allowed us to check in right away. The friendly manager and porter showed us to our spacious apartment-style room, complete with a living room, kitchen, separate bedroom, and large balcony. The amenities were top-notch, with comfortable beds, fresh linens, and excellent Wi-Fi. The location in a local neighborhood was perfect, with walking distance to markets, the Corniche, the Mosque, and the Medina. we had a fantastic experience at Gray Boutique Hotel and would recommend it.

The location was perfect for our needs, being near the Jewish community. The rooms had stylish decor and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel was decently clean overall. The staff was very accommodating and fulfilled any specific requests we had.

Great experience for a romantic escape! Delicious complimentary breakfast buffet with a variety of pastries, eggs, and fruits. The spacious rooms were perfect, fitted with a comfortable king size bed and an accompanying lounge area. The location was ideal, close to the city center and main attractions. The rooftop pool with a stunning view of the city was a highlight, perfect for relaxing after a busy day of exploring.

Although the towels were clean, they looked a bit worn out and could use an upgrade. The Wi-Fi connection was a bit slow at times, which was an issue when trying to work remotely.

The luxurious amenities at this hotel exceeded our expectations. The spa and wellness center offered a wide variety of treatments, including a full body massage and a facial, leaving us feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. The restaurant served a delicious buffet breakfast with special diet menus available upon request. The private facilities in our room were exclusive and added to our overall comfort and enjoyment.

While our stay was exceptional, the only minor issue we experienced was with the leisure/TV room. The facilities were not up to the same standard as the rest of the hotel, and could benefit from some updating.
