The buffet breakfast could be improved, as some guests felt it was lacking variety and consisted mainly of bread and pancakes with jam.

The rooftop pool was clean and spacious, with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. the location was convenient, close to a sports bar, supermarket, and within walking distance of restaurants. the beds were comfortable and the hotel as a whole was very clean.

The spa area was dirty and the staff tried to overcharge us for a massage. the reception staff were also rude and unhelpful.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Marrakesh recently. The check-in process was incredibly fast, taking less than 2 minutes. The room was spacious with a huge bed and everything was kept clean throughout my stay. The hotel restaurant was warm and sunny, perfect for a lazy afternoon, and the food was delicious and affordable. They even had amazing sweets! The breakfast buffet, although located in the basement, was decent considering it was free. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is great value for money and located in the city centre, making it easy to explore both the new and old town of Marrakesh. Easy access to YSL properties, museum, gardens, and shop. Conveniently located near the souk market. Great staff and concierge. Grocery store, Hamam, Barbershop, shops, restaurants all within a 5-minute walk. Very nice rooftop pool, bar, and workout room. Would stay here again.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the main sights and very close to the station for buses to other cities. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the cleanliness was top-notch. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast.

The room was furnished with a comfortable, large bed and working air conditioning, while the rooftop pool and variety of breakfast options were very satisfying. The hotel's availability of Wi-Fi throughout and a TV with international channels made for a convenient stay.

Free breakfast and Wi-Fi were great! the hotel was in a prime location, close to many restaurants and tourist spots. the pool was a nice touch and made for a relaxing afternoon.

The noise level was very high throughout the night, making it hard to sleep. the room was also quite cramped, with no space to move around comfortably.
