Excellent rain shower experience in my room.

Unfortunately, the breakfast was rather disappointing. The hot items weren’t well-prepared. the bacon felt undercooked, and the scrambled eggs were surprisingly runny. Additionally, the hotel charged extra for the garage, which was unexpected and added to the overall expense of the stay. I anticipated a more enjoyable breakfast given the price point of the hotel.

Consider requesting a room upgrade upon arrival. we received an executive room instead of a plain one—with better amenities that enhanced our stay.

The location is amazing, just a short walk to the charm of old town Basel. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed, and the rain shower was an absolute treat! Staff were friendly, always ready to help with our luggage.

We had a fantastic stay at the Passage. The sauna was a hit with our kids, and the spacious rooms were perfect for our family. Enjoyed easy access to downtown for exploring the local charm and culture together.

I loved the spacious patio room with L'Occitane products, and the breakfast was delicious with great choices! But the delux room size was smaller than expected. I'd come back!

Breakfast was good, and the bustling city center was conveniently close. Though a bit more variety at breakfast would enhance the experience, overall, it was quite pleasant.

Just spent a lovely 2 nights here. The staff were super friendly, even loaded our bags before we checked in. Rooms were modern and comfy with nice coffee options. Plus, we enjoyed in-room breakfast—so convenient! Only thing was the shower setup, kinda awkward with the glass walls. Still, great stay overall!
