The hotel is clean and well-maintained, with both private and shared bathrooms. Mustapha, the host, is incredibly accommodating and goes above and beyond to ensure guests have a comfortable stay. The staff quickly and efficiently changed our room to one with a private bathroom when we mistakenly booked a shared bathroom. The breakfast is outstanding, with a wide variety of options including omelettes, crepes, bread, cheese, honey. The location is conveniently located for those arriving from a long trip, making it a great stopover choice.

I did notice a slight issue with the cleaning detergent used by the cleaning crew. The smell was unpleasant and lingered throughout the night.

This venue exceeded all our expectations with its luxurious amenities, impeccable service and breathtaking views from the sun terrace. the room advantages were exclusive and well worth the value. the restaurant provided delicious and diverse menus including special diet menus. the staff provided in-room breakfast and packed lunches which allowed us to fully explore the location advantages.

the outstanding service and outdoor dining area more than compensated for the inconvenience.

They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, from printing our airplane tickets to offering room choices. the owner of the Merzouga restaurant, where we had a delicious meal, was also very generous. We even met a local named Rachid who took us to a beautiful carpet shop and treated us to mint tea. staying at this hotel allowed us to experience the real Morocco, with kind people and fantastic service. the location on a hill provided stunning views and the secure free parking was a plus. the breakfast at the cafe downstairs was also great value for money, with high-quality food and drink.
