The breakfast served in the cafe on the lower floor was delicious, and we loved the fact that it was frequented by locals, giving us a taste of authentic Morocco. The hotel's location on a hill provided stunning views from our room, and the secure free private parking outside was a great convenience. we had a memorable stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is clean and well-maintained, with both private and shared bathrooms. Mustapha, the host, is incredibly accommodating and goes above and beyond to ensure guests have a comfortable stay. The staff quickly and efficiently changed our room to one with a private bathroom when we mistakenly booked a shared bathroom. The breakfast is outstanding, with a wide variety of options including omelettes, crepes, bread, cheese, honey. The location is conveniently located for those arriving from a long trip, making it a great stopover choice.

In the restaurant downstairs, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning, which gave me the energy to start my day. The hotel also had good wifi, allowing me to stay connected during my trip.

I did notice a slight issue with the cleaning detergent used by the cleaning crew. The smell was unpleasant and lingered throughout the night.

The value for money at Hotel Bougafer was excellent, with a clean and cozy room that suited our needs perfectly. The location was convenient, close to the marketplace and other businesses, and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and ensure our stay was enjoyable.

This venue exceeded all our expectations with its luxurious amenities, impeccable service and breathtaking views from the sun terrace. The room advantages were exclusive and well worth the value. The restaurant provided delicious and diverse menus including special diet menus. The staff provided in-room breakfast and packed lunches which allowed us to fully explore the location advantages. The private facilities were also exceptional.

The only minor issue we had was that the public bath and leisure/TV room were closed during our stay. However, the outstanding service and outdoor dining area more than compensated for the inconvenience.

They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, from printing our airplane tickets to offering room choices. The owner of the Merzouga restaurant, where we had a delicious meal, was also very generous. We even met a local named Rachid who took us to a beautiful carpet shop and treated us to mint tea. staying at this hotel allowed us to experience the real Morocco, with kind people and fantastic service. The location on a hill provided stunning views and the secure free parking was a plus. The breakfast at the cafe downstairs was also great value for money, with high-quality food and drink.
