We had a wonderful stay for a week in mid-May. The hotel was quiet and we didn't have to wait for the slides or sun beds. The variety of seating areas around the complex was nice. The slides were awesome with a good variety. The food was great with changing options throughout the day. The rooms had fabulous views of olive trees and the Atlas Mountains. There were plenty of activities for all ages and the animation team was great at getting everyone involved. The staff was incredible, even during Ramadan. Will definitely recommend to everyone.

The only downside we noticed was the excessive use of single-use plastic in the bar and restaurant areas. While there were recycling bins, it seemed that plastic and food waste were being disposed of together.

During my Christmas holiday, I enjoyed the complimentary treats given at the hotel such as the hot chocolate and cookies which were perfect for the cold weather. the location was great as it was near the shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. the pool was heated which was a great advantage as we could still swim despite the cold weather.

The staff were a bit understaffed during the busy holiday season which resulted in slow service at times especially at the bar. the food options could have been better as there were limited vegetarian options available.
