We had a great stay at Hilton Garden. The location was perfect for attending a soccer tournament nearby. The buffet breakfast was excellent, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel for families on the go.

During our recent business trip, we stayed in a hotel in a good area located close to many restaurants and the River Market area. As we were not very familiar with the area, we appreciated the convenient location. The room was well-furnished and had a clean and spacious bathroom. The delicious breakfast offered a variety of options and the service was excellent. We also enjoyed the stunning view from our room and appreciated the free Wi-Fi and parking facilities.

The hotel's management seemed disorganized, which led to mishaps for some guests during their stay.

The lady at the desk, Dyranny, was fantastic and accommodating. Her customer service skills were great. Eryka apologized for the room mixup and did her best to accommodate us. Majority of the staff were nice and friendly.
