I recently stayed at the Tui Blue hotel in the heart of the Medina for a week-long vacation. The cleanliness of the room and maid service were exceptional, while the food offered at the buffet was plentiful and varied. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's gardens were beautifully maintained, providing a serene and calming atmosphere. Additionally, the location was perfect, with many attractions within walking distance and discrete animations that didn't overwhelm us. a lovely experience.

Nothing it is perfect.

Our stay at Tui Blue was definitely worth the money. The spacious room and beautiful gardens made our stay comfortable and relaxing. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Medina. The staff, especially Chef Said and Abdullah Cherif, went above and beyond to cater to our dietary needs and provide exceptional service.

The breakfast menu could be improved with more variety.

Lovely gardens, comfortable rooms, good air-con, fast WiFi, great snack bar meals and excellent steak at the a la carte restaurant. Lots of sun loungers, resident baby turtles in the gardens, and close to souks/Medina. a pleasant and affordable stay.

We really enjoyed staying at this place. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. It was great to be within walking distance of all the attractions and also close to the modern parts of the city. The hotel itself was very comfortable and provided great service. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and spacious. We also loved the beautiful gardens and pool area, it was so relaxing and peaceful. The buffet had a lot of choices and the food was delicious. we had a fantastic experience here and would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

The hotel had a variety of activities and classes for guests to enjoy, such as the Hammam Experience and full body massage at the spa. There were also well-equipped gym facilities and a tennis court, although it was temporarily unavailable due to recent rainfall. The TUI app provided helpful information on daily activities and classes. The restaurant served a fantastic range of freshly prepared food and the staff, including reception, chefs, waiters, and bar staff, were all excellent. The hotel's beautiful gardens provided a pleasant environment to relax and walk around.

Felt at home, nothing to complain about.

Excellent service from attentive staff, especially Chef Said who catered to dietary restrictions. Convenient location for walking everywhere. Diverse and tasty food options, even for vegetarians. Limited pool area, but plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas available. Comfortable seating in bars and around pool.

my recent stay in marrakesh was incredible, but my stay at tui blue surpassed all expectations. the stunning pools, beautiful gardens, and delicious food made it a truly memorable experience. the location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the city's attractions. the attentive staff and great drink selection added to the overall enjoyment. i can't wait to return.

Great food with a lot of variety, especially at breakfast, where eggs were freshly cooked to order. The location was perfect, with easy access to the attractions of the city. The gym was well equipped, with enough machines to avoid waiting.

The hotel didn't have any heated pools, so it was too cold to swim, even in the sunniest time of the day. The entertainment was unimpressive and there was not much to do in the evenings.

The snack bar meals were great and much better than the buffet restaurant. The steak at the Culinarium a la carte was excellent. The room was nice and the air-con was very good. The WiFi was very fast as long as you could stay connected. The hotel gardens are absolutely beautiful with plenty of sun loungers/daybeds and even some resident baby turtles near the gift shop. The gardens have a very spacious feel and you're never sat close to other guests unless you're around the pool area. The location is great, close to the souks/Medina. The lounge bar was lovely, comfortable and friendly. The maintenance of the gardens was very good and the sun loungers were really good - very comfortable and plenty of them. There was a really relaxing feel to the hotel with calm music around the pool. The room was of a good size and the bed was large. The location was great, with good access to both the Medina and the more modern parts of Marrakech.
