The hotel is conveniently located near a JR station, making it easy to explore Tokyo. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with fresh PJ's and bottled water provided daily. There are plenty of eateries, 7-Elevens, and Family Marts nearby. The fish market and Ginza area are within walking distance. a great choice for friends who like to go out at nights.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the location is excellent, with the Tokyo Tower view from the street and close proximity to two subway stations. It's also near the Hamamatsucho JR Station, making it extremely convenient for exploring the city. Secondly, the rooms, although smaller than US/European standards, are clean, tidy. Lastly, the breakfast available at the hotel itself was a pleasant surprise. We received a Starbucks gift card, allowing us to grab a delicious coffee and pastry at the glitzy Le Pain Quotidien bakery cafe in Shiba Park.

No significant complaints – everything was just fine.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was the best - it is conveniently close to Tokyo Tower and offers a beautiful view from the hotel entrance. The hotel is also very close to the Monorail station, making it easy to access Haneda Airport. Additionally, the metro station nearby has lift facilities, which made it convenient for us to explore the city.

The Richmond Hotel Tokyo Shiba offers excellent customer service, with attentive and helpful staff. Conveniently located for access to the eastern side of Tokyo, it is close to various stations, making it easy to explore the city and travel to Haneda Airport. The hotel provides a coin laundry service on the 2nd floor, perfect for longer stays. The room size is larger than other Tokyo hotels, and the wifi is reliable. Nearby amenities include a Starbucks and multiple convenience stores. Vegetarian and vegan guests will appreciate the nearby "Azabujuban Yakuzen Curry" restaurant, which offers delicious and healthy food catering to all diets.

The hotel had a fresh and contemporary feel, making it stylish and modern. the staff were very accommodating, even going out of their way to provide children's slippers and yukatas for the little ones. the room was compact but well, designed, with a small sofa, dresser, and a large flat, screen TV. the beds were comfortable and spacious, allowing us to fit an extra child in each bed. the hotel's location was ideal, just a short walk from Hamamatsucho Station and with plenty of eateries nearby. Plus, the hotel offered free wifi in the rooms, which was a great bonus.

I loved the convenience of being able to go directly to my room from the first floor without going past the front. The hotel's location was fantastic, with easy access to Hamamatsucho JR station and Daimon subway station. Plus, being next to Tokyo Tower and Zozoji Temple was a great bonus. There were plenty of places to eat and drink nearby, including a Starbucks on the first floor. The security was top-notch, and I felt safe throughout my stay. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic, and I had no issues with the WiFi.
