I recently stayed at a hotel in Tulum and I had a really good experience. the value for money was great - I got a spacious room with two bathrooms, which was a pleasant surprise. Secondly, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to assist me. And finally, the location was ideal. The hotel is in an area that's still developing, but there are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Everything was just fine, nothing to complain about.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel near the beach. The location was still developing, but we enjoyed being able to walk to nearby restaurants in a pedestrian-only zone. The staff were incredible and always available through WhatsApp for any assistance we needed. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a jacuzzi on the patio. The pool felt like a private oasis, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.

There was some construction noise during the day, but it didn't disturb us too much.

We spent Christmas in a small apartment that was cozy and clean. the rooftop pool had a great view of the surroundings and was a great place to relax. they provided free bikes which was a good way to get around the town. the neighborhood was quiet and had basic services nearby.

The apartment was small for four people and had only one window overlooking the hallway, making it feel dark. the WiFi was slow, and we had problems with connectivity.

Spacious rooms, 2 bathrooms, no keycard, quiet ambiance, helpful staff, English Netflix.

Almost perfect.
