the stunningly beautiful location, spread across a 12-acre site, was well worth the journey. the friendly and helpful staff, especially Abdul, our courteous limousine driver, made our stay unforgettable. the architecture, water features, and lighting in our suite were impressive. the breakfast, served by lovely staff, was a feast with exceptional coffee and fresh omelettes. the comfortable loungers by the magnificent pool provided a serene atmosphere, accompanied by soothing music. the hotel's atmosphere, especially during sunset, was a true oasis of calm and beauty.

The resort's design and ambience are amazing. The deluxe rooms are spacious and beautiful, with a terrace, heated plunge pool, and access to the harmony pond. The breakfast was incredible, and the complimentary limousine ride into the city center was a nice touch.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

My partner and I had a fantastic evening organized by Boubker Ayouche at Palais Namaskar. The food, drinks, and entertainment were all wonderful. The hotel itself is stunning with breathtaking views. I would highly recommend this hotel and can't thank Boubker enough for his amazing service. I'll definitely recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and beautiful setting.

Felt very much at home, no complaint.

This hotel is a luxurious oasis with exclusive amenities that catered to our every need. the staff provided impeccable service, making sure every detail was perfect. the Spa & wellness center was absolutely breathtaking, featuring a sauna, Turkish bath, and beauty treatments that left us feeling rejuvenated. the outdoor swimming pool was a highlight, complete with sun loungers and a sun terrace that offered stunning views. the restaurant served exquisite Halal food, and in-room breakfast was a welcome treat.

The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of private facilities, as we had to share BBQ facilities and picnic tables in the garden area. the staff were friendly, but there were a few communication issues due to their limited English.

The hotel staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay special. They surprised us with a birthday cake and beautiful room decorations for my 60th birthday celebration. the personalized service truly made us feel valued as guests.

While the hotel had many positive attributes, breakfast was one area that could be improved. the selection and quality of the food did not meet our expectations for a 5-star hotel.
