I enjoyed the breakfast at Pullman Kuching. the family room was cleaner this time. Inform guests about room service details during check-in. For faster service, reduce kid's meal portions. Friendliness of cleaning staff is a plus. Conveniently located near Top Spot. A few minor issues encountered but overall a pleasant stay.

The view from our room at Pullman was amazing; we could see the city and waterfront from level 14. the hotel room design was impressive, especially the big bathroom. Friendly and helpful Concierge Team added to a pleasant stay.

No clean water for 8 hours on the second night. Room changed, with a lesser view.

had another wonderful stay in kuching. at pullman, the breakfast buffet was great, shower and bathtub were luxurious, and the staff was incredibly helpful. our previous stays were superb, but this time pullman truly exceeded our expectations during a fantastic walking tour around kuching. perfect choice for a pleasant stay.

The view from our room on the 14th level was breathtaking, with stunning city and waterfront views. the Concierge Team was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay extra enjoyable. We found a lovely local cafe just behind the hotel where we could grab a delicious breakfast for a bargain.

Some of the staff at the Reception Area seemed a bit disengaged, lacking in hospitality skills. the swimming pool area had some safety issues, like scattered glass that caused injuries to my husband's feet.
