I stayed at a fully furnished apartment at Palm Appart Club Marrakesh Aparthotel and had a great experience. The staff, including a helpful brown lady and guy, were welcoming and spoke good English. The hotel is conveniently located next to a palm plaza that offers more facilities such as a pool bar and hotel bar. There is also a shopping center across the road with a supermarket, pharmacy, and various shops and food outlets. The hotel is situated on the quiet side of the Medina, providing a peaceful atmosphere. Additionally, there were plenty of taxis passing by, making transportation easy.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Palm Appart Club. The apartment was private and relaxing, providing a perfect contrast to the busy medina. We loved having the option to cook our own breakfast in the apartment, but also enjoyed the convenience of the hotel next door. The location was great too, with a shopping mall just across the road for easy provisions. we had a positive experience and would recommend Palm Appart Club to others.

Loved taking advantage of the pool in the neighboring hotel, especially the bar where I could drink and eat by the pool. The self-catering facilities were basic, just like my cooking skills.

Oh, did I forget to mention the lack of pans and cutlery? Silly me!

We chose this aparthotel for its convenient location near the airport and easy access to the mall across the street. The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious, although it could use some updates. The decor was attractive and the bedroom and bathroom were very comfortable, offering a nice place to relax after a long day. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing a pleasant experience throughout our stay. Additionally, the pool view from our room was delightful, providing a lovely backdrop for our vacation.

The hotel is located in a great spot for accessing the local mall and nearby airport. During the New Year we were impressed with the festive atmosphere and decorations in the lobby. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.

The service was less than stellar. We had to call multiple times for towels, and the staff seemed indifferent to our needs.
