The hotel is located in a charming and historic village with plenty to explore. the staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. the food at both restaurants was excellent and offers a range of delicious options. the beautiful 15th century building adds to the overall charm of the stay.

Some areas of the hotel could benefit from a refurbishment, as they felt a bit worn and tired. the height of the step between the bedroom and bathroom was a challenge, especially for shorter guests.

We had a fantastic stay here! The hotel is located right in the heart of the village, making it convenient for exploring the beautiful surroundings. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite, always ready to assist with any request. The room was spacious and comfortable, with excellent amenities such as a flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and a luxurious bathtub. The on-site restaurant offered delicious meals, and we particularly enjoyed the outdoor dining area. The spa and wellness centre was a big bonus, with a range of relaxing treatments on offer. we had an amazing experience and would highly recommend this place.

We had a blast at The Swan! Pete the porter gave us an amazing history tour. The bar and afternoon tea were fantastic. The room was perfect, with cozy robes and a fabulous bathroom. It felt like home. Highly recommended for special occasions!

The walls in the rooms are quite thin, and noise from adjacent rooms may be heard at times.
