The hotel is located in a newly developed area called the M Avenue, right by the promenade. This allows for a nice walk in the evening and offers a good selection of restaurants and shops. The staff at this hotel are incredible and go above and beyond to ensure a great stay for guests. The rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant atmosphere for relaxation.

Some guests have reported noise issues coming from outside the rooms, which can disrupt sleep.

had a great stay at a clean and comfortable hotel in a newly developed area with plenty of options for cafes, restaurants, and shopping. The staff, especially Ms. Safaa at the reception, were amazing and provided us with a warm welcome and an upgrade. Definitely would stay here again.

Breakfast options could be improved.

We were blown away by our stay at this luxurious hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. The location of this place is perfect - it's situated in a newly developed area right by the promenade. We loved being able to take a leisurely stroll in the evening, surrounded by a great selection of restaurants and shops. It was the ideal balance of being both quiet and lively.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we absolutely loved the location of the hotel. It was not too far from the Medina, allowing for a nice walk in the evening. The area offered a great selection of restaurants and shops, making it lively yet quiet. Additionally, it was easy to find and park in this newly developed area. the location was perfect for us as adventurers.

Felt fine, no complaints whatsoever.

My recent stay at the hotel was fantastic. The design of the room was trendy and the rotating TV was a unique feature that I really enjoyed. The rooftop pool was a highlight of my stay, with its beautiful design and the opportunity to relax by the poolside. The food served by the pool was delicious and added to the overall experience. I had a great time at the hotel and would highly recommend it.

My thanksgiving at the hotel was amazing! the complementary breakfast and poolside refreshments made it even better. the hotel was located close to popular attractions and the beautiful rooftop pool made it the perfect place to relax. the service staff made everything easy and comfortable, making sure we had everything we needed.

The hotel could do better with the service staff, as we encountered some difficulties with them not having enough help and attention to detail. the poolside was especially overwhelming and not enough chairs were available.
