I absolutely loved the central location of Riad Petit Karmela. It was so convenient to explore all the activities and attractions in the area. The staff were also incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was convenient for exploring the city. Breakfast on the rooftop had a nice atmosphere. The riad had many relaxing spaces. Room was well-equipped and nicely furnished.

The tea and biscuits offered upon arrival were a nice touch and the courtyard was beautiful.

The room had an unpleasant smell and we had issues with the cleanliness. the value for money was not great and we would not stay again.

We stayed at Riad Petit Karmela and got upgraded to Riad Karmela - what a treat! the rooms were big and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly helpful. the rooftop restaurant had stunning views of Marrakech, and breakfast was delicious. the common spaces in the riad were spacious and beautifully decorated. the location was perfect, within walking distance of all the main attractions. the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, even driving us to a tour one morning. Great value for money. Can't wait to come back!
