The hotel was right on the sea front, across from the beach. The location was perfect, as it was on the promenade and close to everything. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the room being cleaned every day and towels changed regularly. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Amazing sea views with a balcony overlooking the Promenade des Anglais and the French Riviera. Great location, right on the Promenade and walking distance to the Cours Saleya Market and the Port of Nice. Delicious breakfast spread included in the stay.

Restaurant phone had issues and it was difficult to order room service. Room size was a bit small, although the balcony made up for it with its stunning view.

Our stay at the hotel was a lovely experience! The location was excellent, right next to the promenade and with fantastic views of the sea. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, always greeting us with smiles and going out of their way to help. Our bedroom was modern, well-appointed, and very comfortable. The public areas had a charming faded elegance that added to the overall ambiance.

While there were a couple of drawbacks, such as a faulty bathroom ceiling light and an old-fashioned hairdryer that wasn't powerful enough, these were minor inconveniences. Additionally, we noticed that the carpets were not thoroughly vacuumed, but this was quickly addressed when we brought it to the attention of the reception desk.

The value for money at West End Promenade was great! The room was spacious, comfortable, and had amazing views from the huge windows. The location was perfect, right on the seafront and close to everything we wanted to see. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The food for breakfast could have been better with more options for butter or spreads.

This place is located on the main promenade, just across the avenue from the beautiful sea front. The hotel offers excellent service, going above and beyond to accommodate our requests. The staff, apart from the receptionists, were great and always there to assist us. The rooms were well-equipped with modern amenities such as a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. We enjoyed the welcome drink upon arrival and the in-room breakfast option. The hotel also has a jacuzzi and a sun terrace for leisure activities. this venue exceeded our expectations with its fantastic location and attentive staff.

Guests can easily walk to all the attractions and amenities in the area, and getting a chair on the beach is a breeze. The rooms provide a comfortable night's sleep and the breakfast is satisfying. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. the hotel offers a complementary upgrade to a suite.
