We loved staying at this hotel! The location was fantastic, right in the center of town. It was so convenient being near the main plaza in San Cristóbal. The staff was exceptional, always friendly and helpful. They really went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. The room was luxurious and comfortable, with a bed that was absolutely amazing. We also appreciated the fact that there was a restaurant in the hotel, where we enjoyed delicious food and great coffee. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the city.

Spent new year’s eve at an amazing Boutique Hotel. Loved the stylish decoration of the room and the friendly staff. the location was perfect with everything just a few steps away. the bed was really comfortable and the room was clean. the WiFi connection was excellent and free, which was really nice. the parking space available saved us a lot of stress.

The bathroom was beautiful, but not very practical as there was no door or curtain, so a little bit awkward with my partner. Unfortunately, room service was not up to par and the food was not good.

We had a fantastic stay at a cozy boutique hotel just steps away from the city center. The room was beautifully designed, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Despite a few minor setbacks like the TV signal and a scent of moisture, the overall experience was great. The staff were kind and friendly, always making us feel welcome. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the shower had great water pressure. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
