We had a super unique stay at a beautiful old home in the heart of the medina. The owner and staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, even when we arrived late due to a delayed flight. The breakfast on the roof terrace was lovely, and they were great with our 2-year-old daughter. Our room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the effort they made to address any previous concerns. a fabulous experience that we would definitely return to. Thank you to all the staff at Riad Arous Chamel for making our stay special.

We got great value for our money with a spacious room in a beautiful, traditional riad. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the main attractions and shops in the old medina. The staff were super friendly and helpful during our stay.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in the heart of the bustling Medina. The location couldn't be better, surrounded by the vibrant atmosphere of the city. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with the added bonus of air conditioning on the lower floors. The breakfast on the rooftop was a highlight, with a stunning view and a delicious spread of local delicacies. The attention to detail, from the beautiful decorations to the fresh roses in the rooms, made my stay even more special.

Our sleep was interrupted several times throughout the night due to the noise coming from outside. The bed was also not very comfortable, it was hard and made it difficult for us to get a good night's sleep.

The location, rooms, and staff were all excellent. The bathroom was pretty but needed more soap. The breakfast had a good variety of pastries and the Moroccan ones were delicious. The rooftop terrace was amazing and the staff went above and beyond to take care of me when I got sick. Highly recommended!

During my stay at Riad Arous Chamel, I was blown away by the stunning Moroccan architecture and beautiful rooms. The rooftop was a highlight, offering breathtaking views. The breakfast served was excellent and had a wide variety of options. The owner was hands-on and made sure all our needs were met. The Wi-Fi connection was also reliable. Despite some difficulty finding the place in the medina at night, our overall experience was delightful.

The location of the riad in the Medina was a bit confusing to navigate, and it took some help to find my way there. Additionally, the noise from the surrounding area was loud in the evening.
