The hotel is conveniently close to the city centre whilst being far enough away to be quiet at night. It is also very close to the city centre, making it easy to explore all that Liverpool has to offer. the staff are attentive and friendly, providing excellent service. The continental breakfast is a great perk, especially for those with early morning departures.

It can be difficult to find the hotel due to ongoing building work in the area.

As a solo traveler, I appreciated the easy check-in process and the spacious, warm room. The beds were really comfy and the bathroom was clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect, just steps away from the city center shops but still on a quiet street. The breakfast was well worth the money, with a great variety of delicious English buffet-style cooked items, pastries, fruit, and fresh roast coffee.

One downside is that the bathroom could use some updating as it lacks a suitable space to wash your face without spilling water all over the floor.

Great location near important landmarks and public transport. the room featured nice amenities such as quality soap and had everything you could expect. breakfast was a delight with a good variety on offer, setting you up for the day.

The hotel appeared to have some wear and tear with rooms needing some attention. Thin walls were a notable issue as we could hear our neighboring couple.
