The staff at Riad & Spa Bahia Salam were exceptional, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable, and had lovely Moroccan snacks. The rooftop pool and deck area were a nice bonus.

The property was well-maintained and clean. The location was central and convenient, with easy access to shops and restaurants. The staff members were mostly friendly and helpful, and the rooftop terrace and pool provided a nice place to relax.

The breakfast was lacking in variety and quality, and the beds were uncomfortable due to the push-together configuration. The noise level from ongoing renovations was disruptive, and getting ice for drinks was problematic.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, being close to the city center and the Jemaa el-Fnaa square. It was just on top of the busy streets of the city, making it easy to explore the area. The room and bathroom were great, very clean and comfy. The staff was kind and willing to help. The breakfast was nice and the rooftop terrace with a small pool and a bar was amazing.

There was an issue with the swimming pool being out of use, which was not mentioned beforehand.

The spa at this riad was just fabulous! I pampered myself with a massage and facial, and it was a truly indulgent experience. The breakfast every morning was also a great way to start the day.

Oh, and just a small detail, the Wi-Fi was as slow as a snail. But who needs to be connected to the outside world when you're in a riad, right?

We had an amazing stay at a superb low-cost hotel close to the medina. The staff at Riad & Spa Bahia Salam were great and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The quality of the rooms and facilities exceeded our expectations, offering a 3* plus experience. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the square and yet far enough away to ensure a good night's sleep. We felt safe at all times, even as solo female travelers. The Riad had a beautiful pool and a wonderful roof terrace, which was a great spot to relax. The free WiFi throughout the hotel and in Morocco was a bonus.

Beautifully decorated riad with impressive mosaic art and architecture. The staff provided excellent service and were always friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the breakfast on the terrace by the pool, a refreshing oasis amidst the bustling city streets. Recommended to friends visiting next month!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the bustling Jemaa el-Fnaa square. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with any request. The rooms were well-equipped and comfortable, with lovely Moroccan snacks provided. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool during the day, and the hammam experience at the spa was absolutely fantastic. we had a great time and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay.
