we had a great stay at punthill norwest aparthotel. we were welcomed with an umbrella in the rain and a cool bottle of water when it got hot. the rooms were spacious, air conditioning was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. the cot was comfy for our daughter, and we enjoyed the pool nearby. the location was convenient, with shops and restaurants a short walk away.

Our family had a blast at the family-centered entertainment zone in the hotel – it was like a dream come true with a giant play area, movie screenings, and even a mini arcade! the spacious and clean rooms made our stay incredibly comfortable.

For dads, it would be great if there were more kid-friendly dining options onsite.

Just stayed in Shoalhaven at a hotel with great breakfast in the room. the rooms had everything we needed for our young children. the staff were fantastic. Would DEFINITELY go back! the swimming pool is even better in person than in photos.

The room was clean and tidy, just as expected. Wi-Fi connected instantly, and having a washer and dryer was a big plus post-cruise. Some extra charges were frustrating, and the front desk service lacked when needing assistance. the room itself was great, but minor inconveniences affected the overall experience.

We've stayed at this hotel multiple times and love its convenient location near shops, restaurants, and a new metro station. The studio apartment we had was spacious, comfortable, and had a balcony. The kitchen facilities, bed, and bathroom were great for our family of two small kids.
