I recently stayed at a beautiful riad in Marrakesh called Riad Chergui. From the moment I arrived, the host Emmanuel went above and beyond to make my stay perfect. He even helped me when my phone broke and I needed to contact the UK and print off boarding passes. The riad itself is clean and peaceful, with a large roof terrace where I enjoyed sipping mint tea under the February sun. The continental breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options including pancakes, French toast, fruit, and eggs cooked to order. The staff were friendly and always willing to assist with any needs. I highly recommend Riad Chergui for a wonderful stay in Marrakesh.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the center of the Medina. It made exploring the city so easy, as we were within walking distance of everything. The service was impeccable, with room service, car hire, and dry cleaning available. The staff took great care of us, making sure we had everything we needed. The hotel itself was beautiful, with a stunning outdoor pool and comfortable lounging areas. We loved spending time by the pool, especially during breakfast and dinner, which were served right by the tranquil pool. The overall experience was just wonderful, and we would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

During my Easter holiday, I had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel. the first thing I loved was the beautiful courtyard and lovely pool area which was perfect for cooling off in the afternoon sun. the breakfast was delicious and served in a cozy location with comfortable seating. I also appreciated the hotel's prime location, as it was just a short walk away from shops and attractions.

the shower was quite small, which made it a bit difficult to shower comfortably. I would have loved to see more options for lunch or dinner as I found myself in search of other places to dine from time to time.

The staff were friendly and helpful, organizing transport and meeting us on arrival. the hotel itself was a peaceful oasis in a bustling city. the room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely view of the pool. the food was excellent, and we especially enjoyed the continental breakfast with a variety of options. the rooftop terrace was a great spot to relax and take in the surroundings.

We were not happy with the initial room we were given, as it was claustrophobic and had a glass door. We had to negotiate to get a better room, which was basic and in need of maintenance.

The staff at Riad Chergui went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They took care of any issues we had, including addressing a strong sewage smell in our room. The breakfast spread was delicious and varied, with pancakes, French toast, fruit, and more. The pool area was beautiful and perfect for relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel.
