The pool at Hilton Garden was perfect for our family. The hot tub, slide, and sprinklers provided endless fun for the kids. We also loved the variety of options at breakfast, although it wasn't included in the price. we had a fantastic stay and would definitely return.

This hotel is centrally located and right at the mall. The University of M is nearby as well as all the athletic fields. The amenities at this hotel are good with a pool and reasonable dining. The lobby area is very nice and the rooms were very clean. The facility is very clean and the front desk folks were very attentive and nice. This place is usually booked and now I know why. They have a fitness center and the pool is great for kids. The location is pretty convenient being near the highway and across the street from the mall.

There used to be a hot tub in the pool area, but it has been removed and replaced by some yellow crime scene tape and fresh laid tile. The breakfast used to be made to order, but now it is not as good, with undercooked bacon and frozen cold hard-boiled eggs.

Polite staff, customer service focused. Enjoyed pool with splash pad, quiet soundproof rooms. Room felt small for the price, but still nice. Kid-themed pool was a favorite with comfy beds and great shower. Clean & updated, but pricey continental breakfast. Exceptional server. Amazing swimming pool, good Jacuzzi. Beautiful lobby, room was okay.

We loved the convenient location near the University of Michigan. The on-site restaurant and bar were fantastic, especially Jamie the bartender. Highly recommended for visitors to Ann Arbor.

The location of the hotel is a major advantage. It is close to the Michigan stadium, making it a convenient choice for sports enthusiasts. Additionally, it is situated near the main city center, allowing guests to easily explore the Ann Arbor area.

Some guests were disappointed to find that there is no hot tub available at the hotel.

As low-budget travelers, we appreciated the comfortable bed and effective shower. The white noise machine provided in the room helped us sleep peacefully despite being near the expressway. The attentive and friendly staff made us feel welcomed and secure during our stay.

In fact, I was pleasantly surprised to find a mall just a stone's throw away. Secondly, the staff at this hotel were outstanding. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm and friendly smiles. The service throughout my stay was impeccable, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Finally, the rooms were fantastic, with very comfortable beds and all the expected Hilton amenities. The rooms were kept very clean, with superior cleanliness evident in every corner. And let's not forget about breakfast - the food was delicious and made to order. All in all, I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

No improvements necessary, everything was absolutely fine.

The hotel had good accessibility and the staff were friendly. Another advantage was the noon checkout time, which gave us extra time to relax before checking out. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near a mall with various chain restaurants and other hotels, making it easy for us to find dining options.

Additionally, the room service was a letdown. We ordered a pizza that cost $24, but it turned out to be the worst pizza I’ve ever tasted.

The hotel was tastefully decorated, had a large pool and hot tub area, and a timer-operated kids' water play area. The made-to-order breakfast was convenient.
